Rosé Gin

It’s always Rosé season. Aimsir Distilling’s limited release Rosé Gin is a tribute to the trials and tribulations of 2020. This unique base spirit is distilled from Willamette Valley wine that was damaged by wildfires. After distillation, Aimsir adds botanicals inspired by a Rosé wine: fresh berries, hibiscus, peach, and pink peppercorn. Together the botanicals compliment notes of the Willamette Valley terroir.
The nose has bright summer notes of strawberry, hibiscus, and peach. The body of our rosé-flavored gin is a delicate balance between the earthy Willamette Valley terroir and pink peppercorns. The finish is clean.
We love to serve this limited release Rosé Gin slightly chilled and neat. The soft aromatics and bright fruit make this an ideal gin to sip and savor. The high botanical flavor also pairs perfectly with a variety of gin forward classic cocktails. Favorites include the Rosé Gin & Tonic, Rosé Martini, and Rosé Gin French 75s.
