December 9th, 2020, we opened The Aimsir Distilling Company to the public. After years of planning for the expected, only to be surprised by the unexpected, our distillery location is now open. Our premises showcase a beautiful Art Deco inspired and modern design that welcomes you to come sit down, relax and enjoy time with friends at our craft distillery.

We offer a curated seasonal menu to complement our award winning spirits, cocktails, and mocktails at our local spirit distillery. We also have seating on premises outside. Proof of vax is required for inside seating at our craft liquor distillery. Contact us to reserve your event at our distillery location.
